Our Principal is a very experienced Wills and Estates lawyer, now working virtually exclusively in Will Disputes and Estate litigation.

He has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) for years. He was instrumental in establishing STEP in Australia and Dubai. STEP is an international professional estate-planning organization of lawyers and accountants who work in the Wills, estates and tax areas, all over the world, with over 12,000 members.

Our Principal is the only Australian lawyer to have sat on the STEP's Board in London.

Our Principal was admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2003.

Our Principal is accredited by both the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Society of New South Wales as a Wills and Estates Specialist.He is the only person with both of these special qualifications.

Our Principal has been granted both a Law Degree and a Commerce Degree from the University of Melbourne, and he had attended many professional education courses and obtained qualifications in tax, accounting, financial planning, litigation and mediation.

He has years of experience in tax and business law as well, and has worked as an international lawyer in Dubai.

His broad professional experience means that Johansson Solicitors can help you, even if your case is complex, and involves international issues.

Our Principal can conduct a Mediation, either as an alternative to court action, or in order to try to settle existing court proceedings. He can act as the Mediator for both sides, or as your own your lawyer at a Mediation.
