After we have made our Formal Assessment, if we can help you with your claim, we can usually offer a "No Win, No Fee"* Plan and, if you accept it, we can:
- Commence your claim and run it for you, without you outlaying any money.
- Eliminate all of the risk of having to pay our legal fees from your own pocket.
We only get paid if we can recover our fees from the Estate.
